All apartments have a bathtub provided with thermal water (37c°) coming directly from the spring.
Residence 1 and 2
What we offer:
- Free parking outside the walls of the thermal Park in Via dei Miniscalchi n° 6 Colà di Lazise.
- Access to the Park, thermal lakes for the days of arrival, stay and departure.
- Wi-Fi
IMPORTANT: before parking please do the check-in at the reception located at Piazza di Sopra n° 7.
Apartments feature:
- Apartments in restored buildings in the old town of Colà
- Apartments for 1 to 7 people
- One room apartments with a king size sofa bed
- Two room apartments with a room with a king size bed and sofa bed
- “Thermal room” with bathtub (2,16 m x 2,48) – thermal water at approximately 37°.
- Kitchen appliances and linen provided
- Bath linen provided (no bathrobe)
- Courtesy personal care kit
- All apartments have autonomous heating – air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe deposit box
- Apartments will be cleaned every day (does not include the dishes washing-up) and bed linen changed every two days
- Check-in from 3 pm (if possible even earlier) until 10 pm. Check-out time 11 am
- Late check out with an additional charge
- Access to the Park both before check-in and after check out
Residence 3
Apartments feature:
- The luxury apartment are located directly above the Thermal Pool
- They offer the same services of the Residence 1-2
- Free WI-FI
- Minibar with drinks included
- Bath linen and bathrobe provided
- Access to the Park with the thermal lakes

Close to the Residence 2 there is a restaurant (Villa Moscardo), also managed by “Villa dei Cedri”, open for lunch and dinner.
N.B. The reception of the apartments is open from 8.30 am until 8.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 08.00 am to 8.00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. We advise you to inform us about your time of arrival. For late arrivals please call the following phone number + 39 348 3007620.
